The Temporary Accommodation Service was activated on 9 May 2018 in response to the severe rainfall event on 29 April 2018.
Our matching and placement coordinators are working with affected households to understand their housing needs, identify temporary accommodation options, and provide guidance on how to access support services such as insurance advice and financial assistance.
